My bad friends. I've been extremely busy with this year's Ice Cream Challenge and getting the fourth book ready for publication, that I forgot to post this year's photos. We are on Day 20 of the PSP & CBD Ice Cream Challenge. Unfortunately, I can only put up one photo, per post. I thought about a collage, but I'm not that tech-savvy. Ali B is way better at that. I will post Day 1's photo titled Sweetheart Sundae... I now make my own ice cream and chocolates. You can visit the PSP & CBD Ice Cream Challenge on Facebook. You do not have to an FB member to view or add your own photos enjoying your favourite frozen treat. For newer members, The PSP & CBD Ice Cream Challenge is an event I created 9 years ago to help raise PSP-CBD awareness. Do drop by the page and enjoy the ice cream creations.

I wish I had your artistic flair with the ice cream! My man enjoys his ice cream and ice lollies, but they generally look a mess even before he tucks in 🙄

Hiya Tim, Well done you. Trouble is your ice-cream challenges always make me want to eat wonderful ice-cream deserts !! I am not sure about me being better than you at collages though. I'll send you an email in next few days. Big hug AliBee xx
Your ice-cream creations just get better and better every year. I hope you have enjoyed eating everyone of them. I have just asked to join the Facebook group - looks great. (Still not sure how FB works after all these years!).
Well done doing the latest instalment of The PSP Chronicles - genuinely a really informative narrative of this wretched disease.
(The girls completed their half marathon - over £6000 raised. Helped by the PSP Morning Coming Down song sung horribly by me but with fine lyrics by you. I will do a post about it.)
Great news about the girls. FB is easy enough. Will be looking for you. What's the next video? If you're partial to country then symptoms by the numbers would be a great challenge.
