Great North Run - I Did It!

proof Is in the pudding... or at least the photo.

This is me at the Great North Run, proudly resplendent in my PSPA running top. (Last event before the great logo change, lol)

I was running with a great friend of mine, Helen, with the green number.

This is us just completing the crossing of the Tyne Bridge, the iconic course landmark.

I finished in 2:56:07 which I ten minutes slower than my previous GNR times, but my training wasn’t up to scratch this year. I’m just proud to have gotten round in David’s memory, and raise about £325 for the PSPA.
