Hi Sasha,

Sorry you are finding the notifications distressing, you can stop receiving them by altering your HealthUnlocked account settings - this is done by hovering over your name in the top right hand corner of this page, then selecting email notifications and unticking all the boxes.

Hope this helps!

Sasha, Yes this is a VERY tough road (PSP) and difficult for some to cope with the sad postings. Sad postings can lower your spirits but if you turn it around and encourage the person posting you'll find satisfaction and your spirits will be lifted. At least that's my thoughts on sad postings. I've also found that in the sad postings there is encouragement for those of us still in the fight.

Hi Jimbo, very inspiring posts. I´ve been on the forum because my mother had PSP and I am a trustee of the PSP Association. Maybe you´re already fully aware, but the Association is also there as a support and hopefully also a good place to get information on specialist care. If you´d like let me know ways in which the Association might be able to help, and I will relay it back to them. best regards, Richard

Richard, Thanks. I'll keep you in mind as a source. I belong to as many PSP sites/places/groups as are available. lol
