Gurgling

Hi all

Some of you will know from my previous posts that my beautiful mum has PSP. The last couple of days she has been gurgling quite alot. I guess this is excess saliva as she struggles to swallow. Anyone have any suggestions how to ease this... not sure if I could cope with a suction? Thank you for reading. God bless you all ♥

gurgling is worrisome. The suction machine really isn't hard to manage, and it does help.

Suction machine helped my husband. But a nurse handled it, not me! Hope you both find a solution. It is hard listening and doing nothing.

Charles is having this problem all the time! It is the number one problem for us. It hurts my heart to hear him try to clear his throat. Nothing helps.

We have suction machine but it only helps a little. Let me know what helps for you, please.
