Good you have the hoist approved Julie, hope your back survived meantime! We have the CHC assessment next Thursday and I am feeling apprehensive. Fortunately the Parkinson's nurse is sitting in with us, thought that was very kind of her. Fingers crossed but don't hold much hope after Tory manifesto was announced yesterday!!!

Keep calm and carry on! I have read newspaper reports and there is no mention of changes to CHC , but then the bar stewards did not say they would be making me wait till 66 for my OAP after working full time for 45 years!

I digress as usual, they will tell you on the day if it is going to panel, so you will have some feedback, I found as well get a named contact and their mobile not a generic number helped sooooo much in contacting .

Good luck

Julie

Think we are victims of all the changes and austerity measures, it stinks doesn't it. I fortunately got my state pension when I was 61 and 5months so can count myself lucky on that one. Thanks for the advice re contact number. Xxx
