Marmite
Thanks for the interesting link.
It's probably a colonial rip off of Miso fwiw. Same fermentation process so Miso probably has the same qualities.
Very high in vitamin B. And, no it is not the most popular spread in the U.K. but it is well liked generally. (Strawberry jam and marmalade probably beat it).
(Gosh, I am so pedantic this evening - sorry).
And, why isn't strawberry jam a super food? Because I love it. (Grump).
I got up this morning... had Marmite on toast with a pot of tea. Made a phone call to to an agency and selected the wrong number... You know the 'never ever speak to those people again' type number. Got just the very person I did not want. Apologised and continued with tea and Marmite toast.
Given your post - I am pretty good at doing dumb some days, but I guess I might be unbelievably dumb if I did not eat it!
All said in fun, but all true.
Smiling and thanks

Christine I have read about B12 being good for people with neurological problems before. So maybe B12 is what everyone needs? I hate Marmite!! Having said that, if it helps me and everyone stay reasonably with it then maybe I could make myself like it? Need to read your article again before I put myself through that though! Easier to take vitamins?
