Thank you all so much for your kind messages. I had a lovely few hours "me time". Ready to take on my caring roll again.

Good wish I had the same opportunity to do just that. At the moment I've got yet another cough and cold I've had this on and off since October. Doesn't help when you have a 3 yr old bringing everything back from nursery. I've never been like this before must be run down and in need of a break
