Hi All

I have been approached by the producer of the attached documentary today via Twitter.

He sent me lots of info & this documentary sounds to me will be handled sensitively to all involved.

My situation with Mum is still complete estrangement or else I would have given her the opportunity to take part if she wanted to.

This is a sensitive subject , we are all living it at various stages. To have a message from Mum would be priceless to me.

I wanted to share the opportunity with you all here. I apologize though if this causes you upset, that is not my intention at all.

If you do decide to contact them to find out more pass on my name Sam Youngz.

Best Wishes to you all

Interesting. Most loved ones on here cannot speak and no one knows if they have 12 months or 12 years left. I didn’t find this upsetting but I do think that it would be difficult to get a message across because of the illness. If that makes sense?

Yes I understand some cannot speak, there are some that can. Prognosis is difficult to predict also but wanted to share as it may be of interest to just one family on here.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Hugs to you xxx

The weirdest thing about people with PSP, CBD, MSA and Lewy Body disease is none of them look sick.

I am cautious when it comes to television reporters...

They can slice & dice your statements. Sending hugs & hoping for the best for you. Granni B

I am also very cautious due to own experience this year. I wouldn't have shared this if I thought it was not going to be made from the right morals.

From my own training this year re grief and death. I'm all for changing the stigma and taboo about talking about death in society. Grievers are isolated and majority of people won't talk about it or avoid you.
