They probably wouldn't have time to read it anyway but our night staff will. I make sure all the carers write in the file before they leave. One said she would do it next time she came that night and I told her if something happened before she came, ambulance staff or doctors would want to know how he was earlier. I then handed her the pen and file.

I have recently done my own afternoon careplan , Made it simple to read pointing out lol the little gritty things that I want done for John that make it better for John and easier for them. when anyone New comes then I ask th m to sit don and read I through it . this makes it much easier for the carer as well .
