Eddie did not make it through the day,my love died at 3pm now at peace and released from this most devastating illness. I will miss him as he was my life especially for the last four years.Love to all who are still caring and suffering Ruth xxx

Like the rest of the battles you fought, this will not be easy. Please, please take YOUR time. Grief is a personal thing, nobody can help you, nobody can dictate the time. You have to do it at your pace and remember, it still will be one day at a time!

Thank you to everyone for your messages they are very comforting.Unfortunately we all have to bear this grief at sometime. I have my family and friends with me now so I am not alone but there will be a time when they all have to go home to all parts of the country and I will probably feel lost. love and best wishes to you all.Ruthxxx
