PSP Association Family and Friends Day on Saturday 9 November 2013

The PSP Association’s Family and Friends Day will be on Saturday, 9 November 2013 at The Weald of Kent Hotel, Maidstone Road, Headcorn, Kent, TN27 9PT (goo.gl/maps/lvSCP).

There will be a range of information, advice and support on offer throughout the day by people with knowledge and experience of PSP. Trained and accredited therapists will be available throughout the day offering a range of relaxing therapies for you to enjoy.

Registration and refreshments will be available from 9.15am. The conference will begin at 10.15am and closes at around 3.30 pm.

Tickets are just £5 per person which includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Booking is essential as places are limited, so please complete the booking form and return it to PSP Association together with your cheque.

A vegetarian lunch option will be available on the day, but if you have any other dietary requirements i.e. pureed/easy to swallow meal, please let us know at the time of booking.

If you plan to stay overnight, please contact the hotel direct, telephone: 01622 891671. If you require wheelchair adapted accommodation, please mention this at the time of booking, as disabled access rooms are limited and are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
