Tickets are just £5 per person which includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Booking is essential as places are limited, so please complete the booking form and return it to PSP Association together with your cheque.

A vegetarian lunch option will be available on the day, but if you have any other dietary requirements i.e. pureed/easy to swallow meal, please let us know at the time of booking.
