so, I have been on Active Surveillance for my Gleason 6 PC for several years and I get a biopsy every year, I got my 5th one last week and Doc called last night with the results, my PSA bounces around a lot and this time it was a 6.84 (test was taken before the biopsy) The results of the biopsy were relatively unchanged from last year with one little hot spot that he took 2 cores from, he is ok with the results and so am I, so no change in my treatment...….yay
