Today was the first time I dared train in gym without a pad, no leak at all during the 2 hours exercise, so from now on I will skip the pads while training.

Very happy to hear that...I had a robotic prostatectomy and I work out a lot...could never do it without a pad. I sometimes leak urine during sex when I am getting a hard on or when stimulated...total mood killer all around. I wonder why some guys have this problem and others don't. A good buddy of mine and I speak very honestly about all this stuff and he never has the problems that I do and we both had the same surgery

Thanks! I also hope it stays that way, one never dare believe it in the beginning after the long recovery period.
