PCa doctors in Phoenix area?

My friend has PSA of 9.3. Last PSA was in mid 1's. Lives in Phoenix area.

Was treated for frequent urination with Flomax in the past,, but hasn't been on it for a long time.

Any recommendations for doctor for initial consultation?
