March 19 I was diagnosed with Gleason 9 prostate cancer. PSA was 0.9 (it turns out I have a non secreting prostate. I had 37 sessions of EBRT and 3 years zoladex. Whilst under ADT and for 1 year after ADT conclusion my PSA was 0.01 (indecipherable) Then a year ago my PSA was 0.02, then 0.03 and last week it was 0.13. I have been given an F2F appointment with the urologist this next week. The urology specialist nurse I spoke to suggests that, because my testosterone has returned that the healthy part of my prostate is producing a slightly higher PSA. I`m not sure and although I don`t have any symptoms I suspect the 3 increasing PSA readings suggest that the cancer has ressurected itself.

Thoughts?

For distant mets, usually PSMA PET will not show low PSA subtypes, but FDG PET might. mpMRI might show recurrence within the prostate.
