53 years old. Had prostate removed almost 3 months ago. Why am I experiencing orgasm in my legs? During sexual activity I am getting a powerful tingling sensation in the front of my upper thighs -- my lap. I would really prefer this sensation to relocate to my pelvis and into my spine and upper body, so it could feel a bit like orgasms did before my surgery. Will this happen as the nerves heal, or can I expect the sensation to remain in this non-erogenous zone? Anything I can do to relocate the sensations?

Undoubtedly, they were messing with some nerves in that area that go down your legs. This happened when my wife had her left hip joint replaced. They messed up some nerves and she had tingling down her leg for a long time.
Take it anyway you get it.......
