Hi all, haven’t been on here for a while, the last time was 3 months ago when I posted my recent PSA blood test and unfortunately used a < symbol which caused a massive bombardment of grief. Anyways it’s a year ago this week that I had surgery, I feel great, had 3 blood tests, 0.02, 0.05 & 0.08 my next test is on Tuesday, got a call from my surgeon last week and he’s keeping an eye on my next results, I’ve been told nothing to worry about till it reaches 0,20 - 0.40. I will post my next results when I get them, all the best from England,

Regards Pete

when my PSA post surgery went from undetectable to the increases similar to yours my RO recommended salvage radiation prior to reaching .20. I scheduled it at .16 and started ADT with an antagonist. PSA went to undetectable the first month after starting ADT and started radiation after 4 months of ADT (delay for radiation due to Covid). 18 months post radiation and still undetectable.

Best of luck.
