Hi. all. Diagnosed in December 2020 with RP January 2021. Gleason 4+3, pos margin, 1 node pos with 1mm focus. Initial PSA 10.6, 6w post op .14. Started Eligard and Zytiga with 3m PSA <.02 and T <1. We are starting the radiation this week, 4months and a week post op, as opposed to 3months which I noted in my first post. So far doing ok, hot flashes and fatigue of course, and hoping to work through the radiation treatment. I discussed the planned radiation fields with my RO and given the pos pelvic node, the field will be extended to include the common iliacs and the low para aortic field at L4-5. Can't thank everyone on the site enough for the information and support.
