timing of Lupe on side effects

I am new here. My Husband started Lupron 4 was ago for a 6 month course with salvage radiation. As expected he is tired and has brain fog. In your experience will these symptoms get worse or has the nadir been reached and one could expect him to feel the same for the next 6+ months ? Thank you Tasha
