Braxton hicks contractions with twins

I'm 36 weeks currently and have been experiencing severe bh since 33 weeks. I know it's my body's way of preparing for labor but sometimes it's so severe and regular I almost thought it was the main thing

It happened the same thing with my second at exactly 36 weeks and 6 days. The contractions then stopped and it wasn't labour, but at some point I thought that it is!

Sometimes I get really confused but once it stops I know it's not labor
