Spotting and then heavy bleeding during pregnancy (5-6weeks)

Hi everyone. I took 2 pregnancy test at home and its all positive lines, And then it happened im having spotting for few days very little pinkish. (I called my Ob to get an appointment) told her about the spotting and she said its really normal not to worry. But then in the 6days i had heavy bleeding. Im so worried 😢😢 and become paranoid. I can call only tomorrow to my ob and wait for my blood test.

Any experience here like mine? 😢😢

Would it help to call the NHS helpline ? Last I had spotting I called them and they directed me to a walk in centre. Still had to go back in the morning though got a scan at the EPU

Thanks. I been already to my OB today. Sad to say no more sign of any pregnancy 😭😭😭. I will have a follow up check up in 2 weeks from now.
