Spotting!!

Can anyone please put my mind at ease? I am 7 weeks pregnant this Friday with my first scan Thurs. Having quite a bit of blood at the moment. Mostly normal. Not loads. Spotting. Some is black. Just minimal though. Not passing anything to suggest miscarriage. Can someone tell me what is normal please? I feel very anxious at the moment.

If you have just a bit of brown discharge you don’t need to worry it’s pretty normal. Good luck for your first scan

Thank you. I am also having some blood. Some is black like I say is that normal? Really nervous about Thursday with scan.

If you worry just contact your doctor or GP. They will definitively give you an answer . Hopefully it’s nothing to worry.
