I'm 34 weeks pregnant with my first child. I experienced some piles long time now, but never so bad as now.
So from Monday they start to come out and they really painful, but this is nothing, in this morning they start bleeding and not stopping at all, so I went to the hospital because I got scared, the doctor told me is nothing they can do about, just to relax,to have a good hygiene and use the Anusol cream. Now I had a bath and I've seen some blood clots coming from the piles and they still bleeding.
My question is, anyone experienced something like that?? I don't really know what to do... It's really scary.
Thank you in advance for your answers!!!

Hi, I had piles for a long time pre pregnancy, and had them removed before I started IVF treatment as they do get worse during pregnancy. I have had some bleeding during my pregnancy as well due to constipation so I understand the concern.
As you have 6 more weeks to go, the best thing you can do at this point is manage your pain and the symptoms. I have found that eating a lot of fiber and drinking at least 2.5 L of water per day alleviates the symptoms tremendously, as well as avoiding foods that don’t have a lot of fiber. I also take fiber tablets sometimes to soften my stool (it’s just psyllium husks and very safe for pregnancy) which then reduces the bleeding.
Really sorry to hear you’re struggling. Hope you get some relief soon.
Try having 2 tea spoon of psyllium husk in a full glass of water after dinner every day, helps with constipation and totally safe. Plant based. That is a natural fibre supplement 🙂
