Miscarriage late period

Hi all I had a miscarriage in November.. and I now haven’t had a period. I am about 10 days late. I’ve taken a test and it’s says I’m not pregnant and just wondered if this was normal and when maybe I should get my period ? Thank you all

I thinks it's fairly normal to be out of sync for a while after a miscarriage. Your hormones are all over the place and it's stressful too.Maybe wait till next month and if you've still not had a period maybe see your GP?

I miscarried in October and it was between 6-7 weeks until my first period.

I queried this too at the time and some people found it was later depending how far along it was when they miscarried.

I had a medically managed miscarriage (body didn’t recognise baby had stopped growing At 10 weeks). I bled for 5 days and then nothing for 14 days. I then had another long period (bled for 14 days) and then 14 day break. It wasn’t until after that I had a normal cycle. I then got pregnant pretty much straight away! Don’t panic, you’re body had been through a lot and it will happen again if you’re trying xx
