Depends on the person. I was basically fine after two weeks

Seconded, I was up and about later that same day. But you do need to be careful for 6 weeks and you may have numbness for years afterwards.
To be honest I’ve found it really tough, my little boy is 8 weeks old now and I’m just managing to get out and about this last week but that’s because my wound opened slightly in 2 places. Everyone is different though and it’s the first time my body has ever really been through anything... But at the end of the day it’s so worth it!
I just had a C section 3 weeks ago and I feel fine now other than that I have a hematoma which is bruise that sticks out near my c scar and hurts when there's pressure on it eg baby sitting on me or clothing, I'm wearing only loose clothing.
The first 2-3 days are the hardest, and in the hospital you should try to get out of bed asap and don't go bk unless you have to, it's best if you try to sit in a chair with a pillow and get up often for a little bit. The first couple days it will take a lot of arm strength and a few minutes to get out of bed/chair anything, but it gets better quite quickly.
Just remember not to overdo it, don't pick up anything heavier than your baby and tbh id even recommend let other ppl pick up and put back your baby for the first few days/week.
Set up everything in hip height so it's easy to reach and make pre cooked dinners.
Was feeling great days after, however forgot about the massive wound and twisted which made it sore (nothing else) again. My LG is 15.5 months still have the odd twinge. Having said that I know someone else who took weeks to recover. You’ll know your own body and what you are able to do. Go gently and don’t push it
I felt 90% at 10 days and 100% after 4 weeks. You need to get moving as soon as you can but make sure you get plenty of rest too
