Looking for some advice please, I have had a bloody show and lost mucus plug yesterday. I had been having lower back pain which wasn't too bad yesterday but today it seems a lot worse and is pretty much constant pain where at times it's extremely painful. Also it really hurts when I sit on the toilet in my hips.

It sounds to me like your labour could be starting. Have you spoken to your midwife? A nice bath might help with the pain. Good luck Xx
