6 days missed and all hpt test came back negative and hgc test came back negative but feel pregnant need help?

Hi there I am 24 and me and my husband been trying to conceive for a while now we’ll this month I feel really different I had a missed period took test after test after test and still negative 👎 with Urine test and blood test at all still came back negative I want to know if anybody is having any of these problems I went to the ER today to see about my stomach pains because I’ve been really hurting and I haven’t had tender boobs I’ve been peen a lot tired and nauseaThey went to do the ultrasound and they said that I have three cyst but a negative blood tests In my body and my mind I know for sure I’m pregnant I have one child who’s three last year I just lost a set of twins and now this one so I’m just concerned if there’s different other possibilities with different pregnancies or am I just going psycho
