Hi everyone. I am now 36 weeks and three days with my first baby and on Thursday I was told I had moderate polyhydramnios. Having worried myself by reading all kinds of things online, I wondered if anyone had any experience of this and what happened/ any treatment/ suggestions from your hospital team. Thanks tons. Rachel

Hi Rachel, try not to worry! I know it's hard not to...i am 30 weeks and got told last week my pocket fluid measured 9.2cm doctors said it could be caused by a few things possibility of diabetes, problem with baby's digestive system the 2 was ruled out and said in many cases there isn't a problem found and baby is fine. I worried myself that night and Googled it wish I hadn't. Spoke to a few ladies and was surprised how common it was and went on to having happy healthy babies.

Ahh thank you. The fluid is still gathering so they’ve decided to induce me on Tuesday so now I’m on to thinking about that non stop. But all positive thoughts - after all I get my baby soon.
