Slight bleeding at 34 wks is this ok

My daughter has a slight watery bleed this morning. She feel otherwise ok

Is it normal to bleed in late pregnancy?

She may have lost some of her waters. Tell her to put a pad on and call her maternity triage. They will probably have her come in for a check over x oh and no need to panic! sure all will be fine if baby is moving and she feels well in herself xx

I would always get any bleeding orloss of fluid checked out. Itsprobably nothing but not worth the risk xxx

Thank you for reply. Mother and baby both fine. Trip to triage was very reassuring. Love to hear my first grandsons strong regular heartbeat.

I wouldn't consider slight bleeding to be very worrying but it may she has started losing or shedding some of the mucus plug.

It's important for your daughter to try & monitor the baby's movements & if in any dougt she should call her chosen maternity triage ward.

Thanks Ann-mummyof2. Everything fine now. If it happens again no matter how often. She is always to call triage. Just to be sure all is well. They were great.
