Not been I your situation but did struggle with infertility and failed IVF x 2 ( basically no sperm and poor egg quality). We worked with the below lovely team and had dramatic improvements in sperm and a successful natural pregnancy.

naturalfertilitybreakthroug.... They have a free challenge run through facebook a few times a year.

Good luck.

Fingers crossed for you. They work with recurrent miscarriage couples too.

If they can see a gestational sac and yolk sac, but no embryo it might just be that your dates are out and that you're earlier along that you thought you were. What had your OB advised? If they have told to go back in a week or so they might want to check growth and see if the embryo is now visible. Your bleeding could just be implantation bleeding. I had bleeding in both my pregnancies, one was a miscarriage and one was a healthy pregnancy so bleeding doesn't always mean that you've had a miscarriage. I'm not sure what you mean by blood in your urine as that would be unrelated to any pregnancy issues. If you're peeing blood that's definitely something to speak to your doctor about, but wouldn't have anything to do with pregnancy or miscarriage.

If you're in the UK and have had multiple miscarriages you should be able to get help with some fertility testing, so maybe it's worth giving your midwife a call and asking what the next steps are.

I've come to my doctor aand said all in my tummy are now blood clot. There really is no embryo. Their findings is i am having an anembryonic pregnancy. I lost the bbay again. And the doctor said i really have to take an APS test. I dont know why on earth will i have this situation. So breaking my heart.

I'm sorry, its so hard to go through. Hopefully your doctor can get you any tests you need and you can come up with a plan, best of luck and take care x

I had 4miscarriages in a short space of time where I only managed to make it to 5-7 weeks. I'm not a doctor but I did read that baby aspirin after a faint positive test can help and it did the first time, I had a successful pregnancy. Do you have anything that can make you a higher risk of miscarriage? I also wanted my blood checked which you can pay privately for 'sticky blood' it's a long name I can't remember but can also cause miscarriages. I have Crohns disease so having another autoimmune disorder is likely so just thought I would try it and use aspirin. The Dr then advised me to stay on it but couldn't tell me wether to take it in the beginning. Maybe ask for some tests we were waiting for investigation at the time x

I will go for a test for my blood. And yes it is a part of APS test. Hope we'll be fine so soon.

So sorry you are going through this. My situation is slightly different but i had two early miscarriages and ended up having tests at my local hospital. If this does turn out to be another miscarriage then I agree with Natasha, 'sticky blood' also know and Antiphospholipid syndrome or APS is the first thing to be ruled out as this can prevent the baby getting enough blood and causes miscarriages. Simple blood thinners like aspirin can be used to treat this. Another thing is thyroid testing if you haven't already, again this is a simple blood test. If it shows you are under/over active, then thyroid mediation can be used to ensure your thyroid levels are normal. You can get both of these tests done privately through companies like Medichecks, or see if you can arrange to go to a recurrent miscarriage clinic at your local hospital. I have an underactive thyroid which i am now closely monitoring because I am pregnant again. Stay positive but push for as many tests as you can! Good luck :-)
