Some experts have suggested that it's best not to drink chamomile tea very often when you're pregnant. Though very rare, there is a possible link between drinking lots of chamomile tea and circulation problems in babies. You would have to be drinking quite a lot to cause problems, though most sources stay to avoid it entirely.

There aren't many herbal teas that are considered 100% safe for consumption during pregnancy. Herbal teas generally considered safe if taken in moderation (2-3 cups/day) include but are not limited to:

Citrus Peel

Ginger

Lemon balm

Linden flower but you should avoid this if you have a pre-existing cardiac condition

Orange peel

Rose hip

Best of luck finding something that works for you! :) xx

I've read that chamomile tea isn't safe during pregnancy, I would stop drinking it immediately due to its potential impacts.
