Hi, our 15 month old baby has a sort of ‘under skin’ pea sized lump on his eyelid. I think it’s been there for a couple of weeks as I’ve never noticed it prior to that and even checked back photos. You can’t see a visible spot on the surface level and his eyelid still creases normally and there’s no stye or spot head visible. It doesn’t seem to bother him and isn’t red or anything. Online it says it could be a Chalazion? But not sure if that’s possible at his age. Will get it checked out by the doctors but in the meantime, am wondering if anyone has had experience of this before it’s keeping me awake at night worrying as anything that’s a ‘lump’ you automatically think the worst.

Hey lovely I would maybe pop in to a pharmacy and ask their opinion? I’ve found boots really helpful in particular, they might have an idea or something to help. Xx
I have eye issues so my advise would be cut back with dairy and gluten or buy an eye bag which you put in microwave place on eyes then massage the eye it could be a blocked duct on his eyelashes.
