When & if you manage to get to sleep ( as im seriously struggling tonight ) do you use lots of pillows ?
if so try & surround yourself with a few in the notion of "1 by your lower back area, 1 at the front supporting your bump & waist "if you can & 1 by your knees.
Im guessing it could just be a matter of your posture having to change as your weight increases.

A pillow between the knees when I sleep helps a lot. And I try to keep my knees together when I roll over in bed. Lots of sympathy - it's miserable living with that kind of nagging pain.
i think ur right, its a matter of posture. When my fella is on nights, i have all the pillows i could need plus my pregni-pilliow. I toss and turn most nights as when im on 1 side for too long it hurts. Think ill nag my boss today to look at my chair at work for getting better posture.
Hot water bottle was my hero, loads of pillows made me uncomfortable and made me even more achy. A pillow between ur legs. ..I am still doin tht at 38+4 x
Lavender in bath may help and pillow s in bed too. . I'm at stage of sleep at night is becoming more difficult yet can easily fall asleep during day very wierd x
