Scampi and Chill Con Carne

Dear everyone,

This morning, by about ten thirty, I had made a Chilli Con Carne- which I had arranged to share with Michael (as most of you know, by now, one of my neighbours). I have just put two Large Containers in the Freezer. I have a Chinese Stir Fry for tomorrow.

However today, about 1:30- ish, I ventured to the local pub- that has outside seating. I enjoyed a Scampi, Chips & Peas.... 'Washed down' with a Fresh Orange & Lemonade. Most enjoyable AND, just about, before the Weather moved in too!

Tomorrow I have a Telephone Consultation with Dr Andi, from Ipswich Hospital, hen my Mother wants/ needs me to help her 'do' some shopping.

Both a 'Good' Scampi AND Chilli 😋😋😋😋
