I'm making the most of the dry weather and enjoying it, I cycled 25.370 miles today which was lovely. We've got the granddaughters tomorrow night and I will be with my daughter and the cherubs (that's what I call my granddaughters) through the day tomorrow as well so no cycling tomorrow.
My daughter has informed me today the the gym we've both joined is opening up on 6 August which is very good news so the days where the weather isn't good I can go to the gym to get my fix although not as good as being out in the countryside but needs must as they say.
I hope you like the photos.
Have a lovely evening.
Alicia

Hi cf, goodness talk about super fit - that's you. π Thanks for the photos and it looks like another one will be having a happy event, what is it with all these Dartmoor ponies?? Nothing else to do I suppose ππ Is the one with the blanket privately owned I wonder or maybe gets affected by the sun? xx
Thank you, I love it, makes me feel so good.π These ponies aren't Dartmoor ones, they're the ones that are right on the coast. It must be the season for foals being born.
A few of them lately have had coats on, it was quite chilly last week so not sure if that's why. Yes I think they are all privately owned.
Wow Alicia, that's another great cycle ride! So many kms! Beautiful scenery. Wishing you a lovely time with your granddaughters (cherubs) and your daughter tomorrow. Fantastic that your gym is going to be open soon.
The photo's are lovely. I bet you can't wait till tomorrow night spending time with the cherubs. I'm having my cherub a week Friday for a stay over but I'll see her through the week a they live quite close. Jerry's comment made me laugh about the kick boxing but it wouldn't surprise me, you are super fit. πΌπ
Thank you and I'm looking forward to seeing them and we're popping into the city centre with them. They'll enjoy their bubble bath tomorrow night, they love it.
Aww that'll be lovely as I know you had her last weekend, aren't they wonderful and cute.
Ha ha, now you never know Bobby ππ
Enjoy the rest of your evening.

I agree and they've had coats on now for a few weeks. It was lovely and warm today though. It was a fabulous ride and I'm looking forward to seeing the cherubs tomorrow.
Ah now that's got me thinking, never thought of kick boxingπ.
Enjoy the rest of your evening.

Thank you Lynne, they have been so good and the youngest one took her medication so well, the best she's ever taken it. xxxxππ
Hi Alicia. Thank you for the photos. Lovely as ever. I read your post as 25,370 miles!!!! Then I woke up and thought, even Alicia can't do that. ππx
Ha ha, that's the way the calculator from km to miles converted it, think I'll put either just under or just over next time, I'm not that good LOLππ xx
More beautiful photographs, traveling at that βcycling speedβ how do you find the time to take such lovely photographs giving us all many memories!
I would definitely need a motorised bicycle, well done!
Thank you. I really enjoy riding, it gives me such freedom. I love to take photos along the way as I can also look at them and it reminds me how beautiful the countryside is.
There are quite a few with electric bikes.πππ
Enjoy your cherubs. We only have one angel and she just turned 16, her mother has the Parkinsonβs. Itβs been very difficult for her but sheβs adjusting like a trouper.
I'm so sorry that your wife has Parkinson's, it's a horrible condition. I've known a couple of people with it, it's so dibilitating isn't it? Take care and stay safe Lynne
