Hi good idea creative visualisation is a good distraction diverted from foccusing on the distressed feeling it changes foccus I often look out at the moon and Venus the twinkly star and take a deep breath and say I pray for angel guidance to be a better person and to be strong and calm bit much to say in one breath but few deep breaths foccus on saying I pray for angel guadiance and to be strong and calm on breath out without my faith in spirit guides and having experience there prescence and reassurance I don't think.id be here sending a comfort hug to you your son and whoever reads this 🌟🌗🌟🌠🌠🌠

Also I went to a Buddhist class and bought some c d mediations one is similar to this breath in the white pure spiritual light breath out negativity in black smoke disapearing far away 🌠🌠💛

Sometimes I think God let’s things play out and does allow us to be in distress ... He left me in distress for so long I thought that was it. I truly don’t understand how God lets little pure children be tortured. I’m a bit raw right now sorry if this upsets you it’s just how I am thinking right now. I do think God is awesome (the God I have come to believe in) I just think He gives free will and lets things happen sometimes and other times intervenes and I just don’t understand and I believe no one does completely know either.
