I took this on my walk today with my light-weight pseudo-DSLR, in bad conditions - and this is cropped from about a fifth of the width of the original picture.
The camera has a high sensitivity (ISO) and an image stabiliser, so it works in low light conditions, without a tripod. I have a ten to one zoom - so the one lens is adequate for almost all landscapes.
I used it to photograph dancing/vaulting ballerinas/gymnasts for my late wife's school, in normal hall lighting.

Looks beautiful, and the camera sounds amazing. Would you mind telling me what make it is as I need a new camera and it sounds just the job. Thanks for posting S11m.
I think many members use cameras for landscape photography while walking (as well as family etc. photography) and some might be thinking of replacing, upgrading etc. their camera - so I will start a new thread on this topic.
