I have often commented on my anxieties and struggles but today as I was studying and preparing job applications I heard that a construction vehicle drove on the pavement and knocked mum over and her foot was bruised by a large stone She was taken to the local day care centre and her foot bandaged and given a tetanus vaccination
I am concerned but I realised it could have been a lot worse
She is not totally alone as she has her cousin to keep a check in her
As an only child , this makes my anxiety worse

So sorry to read of your mum's accident, the best thing you can do, I know it'll be hard for you, is to keep studying, let family and /or friends look after your mum, look after yourself
There is nothing physically you can do for your Mum, she has family around to help her. What you can do is send her a Get well Soon card so she knows you are thinking of her, and that you do care, but don't interrupt your studies. You need this qualification.
I am far away so I cannot see the extent of the problem
But it is true that the construction vehicle knocked her over and her foot hit a large stone causing her toe to bleed
This is what used to happen to my Father he never fell but do to his dementia and mental decline he was always having accidents and I was always on call
I expect now as Mum is 72 she did have a very narrow escape and given a Tentsnus injection for the wound
Hi Roukaya! That must have been a shock for you, but thank goodness it wasn't worse and that she has her cousin to look out for her.
I am really pleased to hear you are doing your studies and job applicatons, that sounds very positive, well done Don't let your mother's mishap break your stride. As others have said, there is nothing physically you can do from here apart from letting her know you are thinking of her, ultimately, your studies will benefit her also.
Hi Roukaya. So , you know that this time you must stay here and continue your studies It must be very frustrating to fail by just a few marks, so keep at it and best luck to you!
Good to hear things have settled down with your tenant, it helps to have a regular income, as long as there is not too much stress involved!
I can understand your worries darling! But try and stay calm okay! Just call your Mum and reassure her! That is what she needs! Try not to focus too much on how it has affected your anxiety! Your Mum could have been killed, but thank God she got away with a bruised foot! Please try and stay calm for her sake! 🙏❤️
Hi Roukaya, I am so sorry to hear of your mum's accident. It must have been a bit of a shock for both of you. Your mum sounds as though her needs have been catered for and met very well and treatment that she needed, she received, promptly. This should reassure you, that, your mum, in an bit of an emergency, is able to get through it, even though, you are miles away. It is important to stay with your mind on your studies, as you are so very close to gaining what you want. When you have done this, you will get chance too see your mum at some point, when you can arrange a visit. You, not focusing on your studies now, is not going to change your mum's situation, it will only change yours, so keep the revisions up. 😊🌸
