What a day,and not in a good way....

What a day ! achieved nothing like the things i wanted to and if you saw my kitchen you would wonder how i ever cook a meal, and i have never lived in such a clutter. My friend Ben called in and said i never ever thought you would be so untidy,as you have always been so houseproud, but once he saw all the things i am managing he understood completely,he said he would'nt know where to start, and said he could'nt do it if he tried.

And as i always knew, its going to take at least another year before i get some normalitybut it does'nt bode well for my state of mind, and the trouble is no one can help me as its all things i must deal with myself.

Although, now that we will soon have more freedom,David's friend Roger will be able to come across and sort through David's office as he understands David's collection, where as i hav'nt a clue.

I have the most spilting headache ,thank goodness for Paracetamol.

Sorry to read of your struggles, maybe try and take baby steps, do 30 minutes or so of sorting out then leave it for the day, put your feet up watch a DVD with a drink and a sticky bun , hopefully as restrictions are lifted you can get some help from friends, if only for them to take home a pile of shredding to do for you, look after yourself

I feel for you secrets, it can't be easy. Take care of yourself and don't overdue it - I think mental exhaustion is worse than physical exhaustion. x

I had a fall at Easter, and had concussion and strained a ligament in my shoulder, so cooking has been difficult for me - but the headaches have now stopped. The recommended CoCodomol, and I bought some - but I have only used four of them.
