What a mucking fuddle.

Most countries in the West are now going into near total lockdown,so its not just us in a quandary,NO country has the answer because this is an unknown quantity, and nothing has been like it in living memory, there has always been plagues, famine,Black Deaths throughout history and there always will be,its almost like nature is taking back

control of our lives and destiny.

I feel for all governments who are having to make unpalitable decisions for its citizens, and trying to please everyone is an impossibility, they are damned if they do and damned if they dont.

We have choices,we either conform or we flaunt the advice given.

All my plans for Christmas and New Year are scuppered, and i will be spending Christmas alone with my dogs, and i can cope with that as i do not want this wretched virus to be the end of my World, many of my friends will be doing the same, for heavens sake i have gone through almost a year of being careful and cautious and a few more weeks or months of doing the same is not going to be to difficult.

My friend Di lives in a village in Somerset and almost everyone in the village has this virus,it is spread very easily, and 3 good friends have been extremely ill with Covid 19 and one is still hospitalised, and even in recovery one is left very weakened, and can continue so for many months.

I am planning my Christmas to be in April or as soon as we are safe.

As hard as it is,I choose LIFE.

Very well expressed!! Many of us, who participate in this forum, probably feel the same way! It’s bad enough that we have to deal with the ups and downs, of having PD, not knowing from day to day, what the next symptom might be, that makes life just a bit harder to deal with! Then, you add the insecurity of not knowing if COVID-19, will infect you or not, and it just has been a long time, of fearful discontent, making plans going forward, speculative, at best, sometimes. With the now available, vaccines, for COVID-19, perhaps there is a light, at the end of the tunnel, where we can dare to have hope!

Hi thanks secrets sorry about the people you know who are I'll,your amazing and my sentiments are like you I feel nature is fighting back and who can blame her humans are basically selfish and ignorant and I take and have took solace most my life with my cats I think your a lovely man and so many are on here and we will be the survivors hopefully take care big hugs 💛💛💛🌟🌟X

When I saw , at the beginning of the pandemic, a bus taking passengers from the plane to be isolated, I knew we were in trouble. The driver was in ordinary street clothes, but his escort was in full hassmet gearStay safe next summer we will have huge family get together

I'm sopose to be on a break but had to reply to you as I did last time I'm not too good at moment but I'll be on as normal Xmas day X

Absolutely right secrets22. My plans are scuppered too, but I haven't lost sight of what this is all about and while it's relatively easy to grouse about the change of plans when in good health, I think that plans changed by COVID-19 would make them pale into insignificance. Let's not lose sight of what we are doing here. Thank you for the reminder! 🙏

And I like your spelling 😊am glad to see you got your humour back that's what we all need to focus on, as well as been safe, I hope you will come in more as we do have a laugh on here and hope you check some of my pixie posts out and the bazzak ones also though some are a bit OTT lately which I probably should apologise for but I am mad🤯and have gone COVID crazy and having a bit of break 😁🛌🛌🛌🛌xx

I will be doing the same. One child is locked in Lincoln, one in Oxford, and my son in Cardiff. We will hopefully have the biggest party ever when possible.

Opened my Gardeners magazine this morning, and you can win a cruise to Corsica. lovely if you are allowed to go. All i want is to be allowed to visit the nearest supermarket,

Still I shall enter just in case.....

Sopsx

Me too lol but isn't it just the best thing talking to oneself there's no arguing or disagreeing 🤔now that's a point I'll just come on here and message myself all day lol😁yes now you know I really am mad have a good day 😁😁

Hi again I hadnt woke up properly and wanted to say more as you know I believe there's more to heaven and earth than we know and feel it is a kind of course and effect thing the population has reached breaking point and the earth can't take us anymore and that's why the extremely clever and rich scientists and the likes are seeking a planet and lot of them sci fi Films are predictions almost from people writing them hence space1999 I myself although am basically a positive person think without drastic action from the public in been sensible the virus will take over and contunue to mutate we are at war with the invisible enemy and it pisses me of all this crap about oh I can't see my relations at Xmas Xmas and some don't even like them or want to visit I think most like to be in there own homes, its a load of commercialised hype man made and lost its true meaning it's one day for god's sake so glad you and some others like Jerry are on same wave length and I should probably delete this, it's time they banned Xmas it's a man made date Jesus wasn't born on that day right I'm probably in trouble xx

It will be just my son and myself, we were hoping to host a few visitors, but it won't be happening now. Never mind

Let's look forward with hope to when we can get back to something approaching normal.

I hope everyone has a Safe Christmas and New Year

Cheers, Midori
