That's a great step forward going for a 2 hour training session on Friday and they will let you know what day you are restarting.

Today I have been busy at job hunting, watched Jerry McGuire on DVD with Tom Cruise in it, had an afternoon walk, been on future learn and booked an interview for Thursday next week at the salvation army hq for a full time job so 3 interviews next week and 2 for part time jobs.

Great news about the interviews, good luck with all of them

Hi Jennymary

Glad you got your feet sorted out. I'm with you, there's always another day for shopping.

It's a waiting game for work for you isn't it.

I met a friend for coffee in the city centre and cycled back home the pretty route.

Have a lovely evening.

Hi Jennymary, I am glad to here you will be going back to work, that is good news for you. I have been out with the dogs earlier today. Have been doing washing and chores. Going to get the watercolours out this evening for a bit of practice. You must feel excited about preparing to go back to work. Have a pleasant evening. 😊🌸

Great to get your feet sorted before starting work again Jennymary. Hope your training session goes well and that you can look forward to starting work again soon!

Believe it or not, I've been making a military uniform for a teddy bear this afternoon, or at least, remaking one which was too big for a particular bear belonging to my daughter who is 51! 🙄 Still, I love teddies too, even if to a lesser degree!😊

hi, good to know that chiropodists are open again, it’s been like winter where I live, pouring down with rain and high winds, it went off for a little while so hubby and I had our daily walk to our small town to the butchers, only to find it was closed, it was 11.30 🙄. On my way there though I noticed a podiatrist nestled in between two shops, all of them still closed. I’m in a lot of pain as I have Hallux Rigidus in my big toe and is really painful just now. Rheumy told me they can’t do anything for it apart from surgery but it wasn’t too bad last year. I now need to see if anything can help it. I’ve read maybe I could get a support for my shoe, but will have to pay private. Maybe I will try and call to see when they are open.
