every vaccine can have possible sideffects. There is no such a vaccine in existence.I personally had nothing major after astra zeneca.2x to go, one more for sure.the 2nd can be totally different.I suppose my bad luck.apart from a tinge in the muscle and a left hand used, left hand lymph tender. Docs can go on probabilities ONLY.experience with former patientsI am rather disgusted with eu, politicking.First they discredit a good reputation of a.z, then dare to open their gob, we are blocking exporting the vaccine to them.are they off their heads or what? Biden showing off the correctly stored a.z.even American understood fast Brits are NOT raking big profits from a.z.Their own American Pfizer needs special storage minus 70 degrees. This is NOT ANYMORE ABOUT POLITIKING, this is pandemia, which needs pandemic solutions./m easures. We have throw at it kitchen sin k. vaccinate, social distancing, wearing a facemask, washing hands and be cautiously optimistic. reevaluate all steps, change, reassess. what why, when didn't work and how to improve it.

It's the same with meds - they all have side effects. I am temporarily on co-codamol due to muscle sprain and one of the side effects is constipation! You have to weigh the benefits of a drug against possible side effects and decide on balance if it is worth it. It is for me.

The Louise Coote Centre at Guys and At Thomas's hospital are now looking into revising information about whether patients with Hughes Syndrome and or Lupus should have alternative vaccinations.

I'm 100% pro vaccination but it's got to be the SAFEST vaccination for that particular person. None of us are built the same and come with our own medical conditions and history. Personally I welcome the depth of interest in the effects of the vaccine.

Yes, contracting covid would be a far worse scenario but it doesn't mean that each individual shouldn't be offered the safest vaccine for them.

I speak especially after having a vaccine in January (NOT COVID) and I was in hospital for weeks and it's done irreparable damage to my organs.

So while the risks are very small I don't think it is unreasonable to ask for more information.

I totally agree with you, only one point how does a doc can forsee your own reaction. He can evaluate your condition and advise take all with caution. but cannot guarantee you anything.I am sorry to hear about your troubles.the best you can do is avoid human beings, but even my online shop is brought by a person, can leave it out and you can safely put in bags...If you can selfisolate do that. Not all can do.Some must work, use a public transport, go to a surgery with other conditions, not all can be done via phone, eg.skin disease.I had an infection, which worsened my eczema. seeing it in person the best. no extra colour from a mobile.take good care of yourself!

I'd rather not live the rest of my life in total isolation so I'm sure at some point I will have the vaccine. My point is that my MDT need to decide which is the lowest brisk for me and there are others out there in exactly the same position.

Just got to be patient.

And I would add that if a vaccine that was recently given to me has caused such a big immune response to cause organ damage then I would expect any of my drs to be ultra cautious about which vaccine I have, or should I avoid it altogether? They are the ones that I am putting my faith in.
