I'm not tech savvy. I hope this links works.. Spring is here. With the increase of better weather it's not tooo early to think about gardening and the benefits. Not only for the "fruits" of your labor but the tangible measurable psychological benefits as well.

Go dig in the dirt! The BEST prescription for the treatment of depression that I know of.

Just as long as you enjoy yourself is the important part 😀

You’re right Lazaruslong, I can lose myself when I’m gardening. It’s similar to when I’m listening to music, it’s something to focus on which helps to lift the mood and put to one side any problems that may be bothering me. 🙂👍🪴🌸

I started gardening at the first lockdown and have since become addicted it has helped me in soooo many ways that now i cant wait to get out in my newly refreshed but incomplete garden its helps with my mental health and my physical health yes it wears me out and yes i have to recover from all the aches and pains in brings but i still cant wait to get ba k out there ..i have become addicted to growing and buying all kinds of plants flowers shrubs and this year im starting on fruit and just in process of setting up a polytunnel going to be a challenge but as said gardening is extremely beneficial and i would recommend to anyone to just try it 🌷🌴🍀
