Hi all
I had a lovely walk with my hubby this afternoon, so have had a walk and bike ride today - love it. We walked 17,396 steps this afternoon.
I might have to find some time for gardening soon😉

Thank you. Now sounds like you've taught me something as I loved the wildflower but didn't know what it was called.
The start of the walk is just up the road from me.

Yes, it's definitely Vetch, I have just checked. It is such a pretty flower and has very distinctive leaves. We get the purpley coloured one in the garden and it's the only weed I won't pull out - they are like miniature sweet peas aren't they. Apparently, horses thrive on it. It has quite an interesting history which you can find in Wikipedia. xx

I wouldn't pull it up in my garden either, it's so pretty and lovely that horses thrive on it as well.

. . .and to have such history in evidence. Wife and I remember visiting StoneHenge when one could walk among the amazing structures. Awesome!
Did my puny 6 on the bike trail, but nothing of historical note there. Keep going!

Most definitely Don. I can well imagine how good Stonehenge was, very interesting, adds to the walk for sure.
6 miles isn't puny at all, whatever exercise you do it's exercise and is good for you.
