Having been 'Nursing' my Dodgy Shower, for Weeks- probably Months- it finally just WOULDN'T, this morning.... Wouldn't 'what', you may ask.... Wouldn't give me 'Warm Water'.... either 'Boiling', or 'Freezing'- seemingly both at once??? I tried 'Lubricating' the Valve, achieved some Movement on it... didn't help though. My Boiler is on Maximum, the Hot Water is Really HOT... but to no avail.
So I Phoned to Repair Service, for my Landlord, and 'Laid It On Thick'... "Could 'they' please Fix My Shower before Christmas, especially as we might be heading into another Lockdown (I AM in the Vulnerable Group).
They are Coming Tomorrow morning, between Seven, and Twelve.... Yippee, so long as They have the right Spares that is...... An Added 'Bonus', they might 'Fix' BOTH my Cupboard Doors- at the same time. (I replaced the Downlights myself... weeks ago).
If 'They' really can't 'Fix' my shower, I might have to ask my Mother if I can use her one. Not ideal, by any means, it has a, rather strange, Pumped drainage system???
