Earlier this evening I had a Beautiful piece of Sirloin Steak... I spent about £30, at the Butchers today, on a Meat re-stock. I Stabbed the Steak, many times- both sides- before 'Working In' Fresh Crushed black pepper (I literally took a bag, 'loaded' with peppercorns, and a Hammer, downstairs.....) I gently grilled, the steak, using my Microwave's Grill- one of the best I've found (truly)- for about ten, to twelve, minutes. I just had a large-ish Corn On The Cob, with it. I then rounded, the meal off, with fresh Raspberries and cream.
Absolutely lovely, if I DO 'Say So' myself, nice and Simple too- always a bonus.

its your funeral, whats that supposed to mean, one of my tenants,Audrey, is 92 and fit as a fiddle and eats everything which you would frown on,in fact i would love half her energy.
i think you are confusing my comment,my comment was directed at 13ga who said 'thats your funeral' ,and i could'nt figure that out or what it means unless its disapproval for eating meat ?. And i'm with Andrew as i am also a carnivore ,and i never once said i did'nt approve of what Andrew eats ,so whats your point.?
it's really not a statement about any individual. it's a generality. there are individual exceptional examples for all things.
but if you look at the statistics; and depending which statistics - vegans / vegetarians live anywhere from 1 to 10 years longer than "meat eaters".
but life span aside - there's another far more important benefit that the veggie folks get... far fewer chronic diseases and conditions. so the life they live is generally (and statistically speaking) of greater quality than the life led by meat eaters.
.
all that said - i have no problem with people eating as they see fit. as i said; it's their life [and their funeral]
besides the more meat you guys eat - more veggies for me!! (and cheaper veg too)
Yes meat is a fully a toxin on the body, the yogis live long lives and it's actually damaging to the spirit according to them they survive on handful nuts during deep mediation sessions xx
