Hello all
Hope you've had a good day.
I enjoyed a powerwalk today, it was lovely and frosty in places and ice on top of puddles.
I walked 17,701 steps. More photos to follow.
Hope you're having a good evening/afternoon.
Stay safe and well.

Well done Lynne, that's amazing with the amount of pain you endure. Exercise bikes are very good.
Thank you for your lovely kind words.

That's plenty! Most I usually manage too in one go, but I use a Cubii. I find it really easy on my bad knees.Xxx
Hi What's a Cubii? Is it where you sit on a chair and pedal? I did use pedals on the floor which I could also put on a seat to work my arms. I found the exercise bike really hard until Dave had adjusted it for me. He put the seat back and as low as it would go because to start with it really hurt my arthritic knees. I can't even wear trainers as the sole is too thick and my legs had to bend more which was agony. I am just using very flat slippers with grips. I'm going to buy some yoga pumps with grips on.
Love and hugs Lynne xxxxโค๏ธ๐ค๐๐ค
It is an seated elliptical that I got from QVC so as I could try it for 30 days and send it back if it didn't suit. It was quite expensive but it is honestly the one thing that hasn't sat in a corner somewhere not being used! I too have very bad ankles, feet and knees, not to mention back, and everywhere else! I have tried a bike but definitely found the Cubii much easier, as long as I make sure whatever I am sitting on can't move backwards. It has big flat foot areas that I find better than pedals. Xxx
Hi.That sounds brilliant!! I will persevere with my bike for now
How are you feeling today!

How fo you manage to post six photos at once, are you a techno wizard.....??
Oh Don, you really made me smile. One thing I'm not is a techno wizard. I have a Samsung phone and you go to your gallery of photos, click on the dots on the right hand side and there's a collage option.๐๐๐
I use an iPad, so go into my photos, can only post one photo at a time?
You can obtain a collage of photos by going into Google photos, type collage in search then create collage. This one allows you up to 9 photos to create a collage.
Hello crazyfitness
Oh..oh, get a load of those flowers, it is 25 degrees F here. -4 degrees C for those degrees challenged.
Thank you Big_Dee, the flowers were so pretty and it was strange as there was ice in the puddles. It was about 4 degrees when I was walking but no wind.
You live in a beautiful part of the world.
Thank you and I really do appreciate it. ๐๐
Thank you Jerry and it really was a lovely walk. Think it may be indoor exercise for the rest of the week unless the forecast changes. Got to keep the fitness going for sure. If anything's going to work against Covid it will be a healthy diet and exercise and being sensible of course. ๐๐
