Hi all
Today I went to pass some homemade Vegan brownies and raw fruit bars to a friend who had a major back operation in December. I thought this may cheer her up as she loves the brownies but has never tried the raw fruit bars, I love them.
I walked to my friends so went the long way round via the countryside. Hope you like the photos. In total I walked 21,013 steps, 10.52 miles and 833 calories burnt.

Thank you, they are gorgeous, they're called Shanibars and have peanut butter, cacao powder, dates and flakes coconut in them xx
They are such good friends, very giving people and we have a very close friendship.

She loves my brownies that's why I wanted to make them, they're quite healthy as well. I'm eating a fruit bar now that I made a couple of weeks ago, I need to make more.
She's still in pain but slept well last night which is good.

Thank you, yes the next season is my favourite one. There's a very good converter online with converts my steps to miles and calories burnt on the speed I've walked, my height and weight.
