Hi everyone, hope your day is going well. I seem to be on a downer , firstly my mobile phone broke wouldn't power up and only had it five weeks and on the guarantee tesco could only replace it under thirty days so I had to book it in to be looked at and after that I'm still trying to shake of what happened in the last week to me and waiting for the police to get back to me , if you are unaware I was stalked on here and over the phone and sent indecent images . That person as since not been in touch after I told her that the police are involved but it still plays on your mind that they knew where i lived ..Clive x 🤗

How awful for you Clive. There really are some dreadful people around. I hadn't heard about this but I assume you reported it to HU.

Sorry to read you're having a bad day, why has your phone only got a 30 day warranty, I would've thought they'd come with a, one year warranty, look after yourself

It as a one year warranty to be repaired under thirty days they replace it

That's ridiculous, lots of new things have teething problems, especially nowadays and mobile phones are no exception. Knowing that, I would never buy a new phone from Tesco. I hope you get it sorted Clive. x

I am on my second contract with Tesco and am very happy with them. I think it depends on the insurance you purchase.
That is awful for you. I was not aware that you had been stalked either, absolutely horrid for you and small wonder that you are feeling a bit down. I hope you manage to get your mobile phone sorted and that you have a much better day tomorrow
Mobile as twelve months guarantee but under thirty days they replace it.

Hi I'm sorry to hear this and about your stalker I had a man kept pestering me a couple of weeks ago I reported him not heard from him since I put post out about do not give any details on here to anyone and you just can't be too careful there's a lot of dodgy people I'm afraid who prey on nice trusting people like you, I was asked my address off a friend in here she wanted to send me a present I insisted to her she was breaking health hocked guidelines shouldn't of asked me nore should she have given me hers anybody can be anybody, take care 🤗sending a hug 🌟

That is so true but equally very sad. As humans, we naturally flock together, creating friendships and is only normal to swap contact details and develop those friendships
So sorry things have been so tough. The phone thing is just what you don't need. I hope it gets sorted out quickly for you.
I trusted her after she confided in me that she was r..ed by her ex and I got to close thinking she was right for me and when I tried to reach out and meet she got nasty and called me , part of it was my fault but I tried to reach out and help but I don't think I deserved what she threw at me and hurt my feelings and how much i can trust people again. You need to get to know prior in real life so to speak meet them with someone with you don't let your guard down to anyone on internet I had bad experience with online dating few years ago he stalked me was hanging round my house and I'd see him stood across the road starring in eventually he got bored he was harmless enough there's good and bad people everywhere it just takes time to suss out who's worth letting your guard down for xx

Oh that's infuriating about your watch Clive. Thirty days is a very short warranty period for a watch exchange. A real nuisance on top of everything else. Try not to let it get you down. I think it's easy to let our setbacks really get to us during this lockdown, and also we do seem to go through periods of time when life really seems to have it in for us. But the good news is that, in a short time, your turn will be over, and someone else will be having all the bad luck. Hang in there. Better times will come! 👍🌈😊
I cracked the 2nd shelf innthe freezer, had iissues all Feb. first gas, electricity, cooker tripped the leki,wash.machine leaking, wat else the bsnk card issued and lost iin post...i JUST KEEP LAUGHING.otherwise wld cry...yaaaay forgot the front door mechanism playing up, locked myselfd in...monika x

I'm so sorry you are having such a bad time, it's especially hard considering what else is going on at the moment. I think that you will have a case against Tesco, they should replace your phone if it has broken within 30 days (unless it was misused). Do ring Citizen's advice they will certainly be able to help you with this one. citizensadvice.org.uk Good luck and I hope that you have a better day today. X

That happened to me also Clive. I had to do a factory reset on my phone. Try not to dwell on it and don't allow any more fear into your mind. You are safe. God is always loving and protecting you. Have a peaceful day.🤗💗
