Pottered around this morning, sister came over, bringing a new kettle for me to put away as a spare, I walked down to the cafe to get us a takeaway lunch. When she went back I decided that I should start my kitchen cleaning, so got everything out of one cupboard, gave It a clean, then put new kettle in along with everything else, one down few more to go!!! 😊🌈☹️SSAW (Stay Safe And Well,)

Pottering is good for us. A little at a time not overdoing things.
Early walk this morning, listened to piano music and spent the afternoon curled up with hot drinks reading turning 40 by Mike Gayle which I really enjoyed.

I bet you feel good after cleaning out the kitchen cupboard, a job I tend to leave. I really must have a crack at mine and tidy them up.
We saw our eldest daughter today, she's in our bubble as she lives on her own. I popped up the shop and ordered a new duvet protector, not done much else.
It and about tomorrow for exercise - yay.

Hi Jenny me and pixie was having a duvet day and watching James Martin cookery in between been on here then I got up went on my luma light then we got ready and went for street walk but the street lights came on before I got back I had a good walk mam left me sooner, I went to my house to check it and mail and found I had won the premium bonds again as I do every month usually only small wins but more than interest in bank, I had a small flood on kitchen floor as ceilings leaking due to a bad pitched roof the excessive rain we get causes this only when wind blows certain way, my kitchen cupboards are empty with me not living there but looking to move back when mam gets vaccine next Friday have a good night xx
tested my new hand warmer, napped, ate, showered, wrote a article and now chilling on my sofa
I had a bit of a lie-in this morning until after 9 and then made some pancakes with sliced fruit for breakfast. Before I knew it, it was lunchtime. In name anyway. Neither hubby nor I were hungry , so we had some tea and he popped out to buy fresh bread.This afternoon I did a little more journaling but I've decided that tomorrow I'll change tack for the day and start on my latest tobacco tin project which is to be Alice in Wonderland for my granddaughter. I had planned on doing that a little while ago but she then changed and asked for a Wiccan themed one. When she received that though, she begged me to do an Alice, after all..... 😃
My little dog was extra needy yesterday so I spent a lot of time curled up on the sofa cuddling him and watching TV. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it! X
